SIROKO TV LEGAL NOTICE

1. Purpose of the Legal Notice

This Legal Notice contains the information that, in compliance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter, “LSSI-CE”), the information society service provider makes available to the recipients of the service and to the competent authorities.

This Legal Notice applies to the audiovisual content platform known as Siroko TV (hereinafter, the “Platform”), accessible via the website https://www.siroko.com/tv and through mobile applications for the iOS and Android operating systems.

Access to and use of the Platform are governed not only by this Legal Notice but also by the Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy published on the Platform, documents which the user acknowledges having read and accepted.

Users may contact the Data Protection Officer to exercise the rights recognized in Articles 15 through 22 of the GDPR and for any matter related to the processing of their personal data, under the terms and through the channels established in the Privacy Policy.

4. Single Point of Contact for the purposes of the Digital Services Regulation

In accordance with Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 19, 2022, on a Single Market for Digital Services (hereinafter, the “DSA Regulation”), Siroko Solutions, S.L., in its capacity as a data hosting service provider, designates the following single points of contact:

Communications addressed to the contact points may be submitted in Spanish or English. The notification and action procedures, as well as the available complaint mechanisms, are regulated in detail in the Platform’s Terms and Conditions of Use.

5. Ethics Reporting Channel

In compliance with Article 6 of Law 2/2023 of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption, Siroko Solutions, S.L. has established an Internal Reporting Channel, accessible via the following link:

The Internal Reporting Channel is configured in accordance with the principles of confidentiality, integrity, independence, and protection of the whistleblower established in the aforementioned Law 2/2023.

6. Intellectual and Industrial Property

The Platform’s proprietary content, including but not limited to the software, graphic design, texts, trademarks, logos, trade names, databases, and any other elements eligible for protection, is owned by Siroko Solutions, S.L. or by third parties who have authorized its inclusion, and are protected by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of April 12, approving the Consolidated Text of the Intellectual Property Law, by Law 17/2001 of December 7 on Trademarks, and by other applicable Spanish, European, and international regulations.

The specific rules governing use, licenses, prohibitions, and liability regarding the Platform’s content are set forth in the relevant clause of the Terms and Conditions of Use, to which this Legal Notice expressly refers.

7. Protection of Personal Data

The processing of users’ personal data is governed by the Platform’s Privacy Policy, which is available on the Platform and which the user acknowledges having read and accepted prior to using the service.

The Privacy Policy informs the user, in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR, regarding the identity of the data controller, the purposes and legal bases, the recipients, retention periods, international transfers, the rights of the data subject, and the means to exercise them.

8. Links to Third-Party Sites and Services

The Platform may contain links to websites or services managed by third parties. Siroko Solutions, S.L. does not control such sites or services and is not responsible for their content, operation, availability, privacy practices, or any other matter related to them.

The inclusion of a link does not imply any recommendation, association, sponsorship, or relationship between Siroko Solutions, S.L. and the third party that owns the linked site or service. Access to such sites or services is at the user’s sole responsibility.

9. Out-of-Court Online Dispute Resolution

In accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 21, 2013, on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, consumer users residing in the European Union are hereby informed of the existence of the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution Platform, accessible via the following address:

Through this platform, consumer users may file complaints arising from contracts concluded online, without prejudice to their right to bring the matter before the competent courts.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. The applicable law and jurisdiction for disputes arising from the use of the Platform are governed by the corresponding clause in the Terms and Conditions of Use, to which this Legal Notice expressly refers, while preserving in all cases the mandatory jurisdictions applicable to users acting as consumers.

11. Modification of the Legal Notice

Siroko Solutions, S.L. reserves the right to amend this Legal Notice at any time, whether for technical, operational, or legal reasons. Amendments will take effect upon their publication on the Platform. Users are advised to review this document periodically.

12. Language

The original and binding version of this Legal Notice is the one written in Spanish. Translations into other languages are provided for informational purposes only, and in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.
