Which models can be customized?
At the moment, our most iconic lines are customizable: M2 Originals Jersey (short and long sleeve) and M3 Ultralightweight Jersey. We are planning to add more models to the custom apparel catalog to cover all needs, so if you are interested in other garments, feel free to contact us!

Is there a minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 6 units per product reference. You can combine sizes within the same product reference to reach the MOQ, for example: 3 x M2 short sleeve jersey in size S, 2 x size M, and 1 x size L.

How long does it take for the product to be shipped?
The delivery time is usually between 90 and 120 days. Each customer is informed of the estimated delivery time prior to final order confirmation.

Can you help me with the design?
We can help you with the design, starting from your initial idea or inspiration in terms of colors, graphics or layout. You must own and hold the rights to copy any logos or graphics you wish to include in your design. They should be high-quality files or vector format logos.

What is my size?
You can find "Size charts" for all our products at www.siroko.com. Our custom models have the same sizing, composition and quality as the products on our website.

Can customized garments be returned?
Customized garments cannot be returned or exchanged. In the case of a manufacturing defect, the amount corresponding to the defective garment will be refunded.

Can I make subsequent orders to restock a previously customized product?
Yes, of course. In the case of subsequent orders, the minimum quantity per model is 6 units.
